Kevin Bell-KW4B Becomes ARES Officer

Thanks to Kevin Bell-KW4B for becoming one of our Assistant Emergency Coordinators (AEC) for Chatham County. Kevin will continue to lead the effort at Candler and St. Joseph's Hospitals here in Savannah and will assume a "special projects" role for our county ARES program.
